1990
Planned, designed, built, equipped, staffed, and started manufacturing assembly plant in Matamoros , MX employing 2500 workers in 600,000 SF building producing 30 M / yr. electro mechanical air bags sensors for GM and Ford. Operation took 12 months from conception to first piece production.
1992
Relocated production site from Geneva, Switzerland to Milan, Italy assembling high speed medical centrifuges and testers. Existing 300,000 SF building had to be totally refurbished and rewired to accept equipment.
Operation took 7 months to complete.
1999
Relocated 500,000 SF production site from Germany to Portugal producing mechanical automotive components. All equipment was transferred and relocated,all new personnel was selected and hired. Production was started 8 months after start of project.
2002
Planned, relocated equipment, staffed, and started plastic injection molding tooling plant in Monterrey, MX . Operation was completed in 7 months.
2006
Planned, equipped, staffed, and started an all electric vehicle assembly plant in Wixom, MI producing 20,000 vehicle / year. Operation was completed in 8 months.
2013
Planned, equipped, staffed, and started in 40,000 SF building in South Carolina, assembly operation of electromechanical devices destined for the consumer market. Operation was completed in 9 months
2016
Planned, equipped, staffed, and started up in 400,000 SF building in New Jersey assembly operation of aluminum fencing and railing. Operation processes that we started included a state of the art powder coating facility, MIG and TIG welding shop , manual and automatic assembly line producing over 800,000 fence panels / year. Operation was completed in 12months.
2018
Planned, relocated, staffed, and started in 44,000 SF building in New Jersey, coffee roasting company packaging 60 M K cups / year and 500,000 lbs. of coffee bags. Operation was completed in 4 months.
